POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Operations Specialist will be a temporary worker role responsible
for supporting functions that enable our sales organization to run
effectively, efficiently, and support business strategies. The Sales
Operations Specialist will be required to help manage our pipeline, CRM,
reporting needs, and roll out of new sales tools. The ability to identify
problems and propose solutions are key to success within this role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Monitors sales organization compliance with required standards for CRM
data
Develop reports and dashboards for various use cases across multiple
verticals.
Assist with some of the daily, monthly, and ad hoc reporting requests.
Partner closely with the Sales and Finance team to ensure that the
appropriate information is included and reflected accurately in
presentations
Assist in managing sales funnel for pipeline review and forecasting
Work with Business Operations team to solve issues or scaling needs
relating to sales tools and reporting, such as: quoting tools, quota
tracking, pipeline management, changes to CRM fields and architecture
Partner with marketing to help manage sales resources such case studies
Maintain sales data - including performing daily / weekly spot check reports for data accuracy
Oversee opportunity approvals - including 1:1 support for opportunity creation / updates prior to submission
Sales process SME for the organization
Provide support and assistance to deal specific finance and invoice inquiries
Maintain pricing, commission, quotas, product definitions etc for the sales organizations.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Must have exceptional Excel skills with advanced knowledge of formulas
Demonstrated ability to use reporting and decision-making skills to offer
options and resolve problems in a variety of contexts
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience working with Salesforce
Exceptional ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a
paced environment
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required
2 to 4 years of experience
Must have exceptional Excel skills
Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented
Strong written and verbal communication around various levels within the
organization
Ability to work in a flexible way that allows for changes in assignments
and priorities depending upon identified needs of the unit
Strong familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management
