What you'll do?
Work with internal IT systems landscape that is used across the
organization to support various business processes. This includes tools
such as Azure, M365, Atlassian, EMS and ATP.
Administer and maintain MDM and MAM solutions.
Design, implement, administer and maintain Microsoft Modern Workplace
solutions and related systems.
Design, implement and coordinate strategic plans for systems, policies and
procedures with the team.
Lead efforts to improve existing applications and processes by testing, or
modifying systems and implementing strategic solutions.
Monitor daily operations of systems and solve related problems.
Work with Cybersecurity team to monitor security vulnerabilities and
ensure data security for cloud and physical devices.
Analyze the technical needs of end-users and stakeholders helping identify
technical problems and propose solutions as a part of the problem
management process.
Write documentation and tutorials for internal and customer proposals.
Implement, manage and maintain standard configurations, monitoring and
analysis tools.
Provide user support via Service Desk and give training for new and
existing team members with systems-related issues.
Support audit and certification procedures for IT security.
Deployment automation and scripting on Windows and Linux servers (e.g.
automated security hardening).
Troubleshooting experience in Microsoft and Apple ecosystems.
Requirements
5+ years of experience managing a wide variety of tools & systems, mainly
as System Administrator.
A growth mindset with strong problem solving and critical analytical
skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Proven experience as IT Technical Support (at least 2 years).
Experience related to security audits.
Microsoft Certification.
Proficient networking skills (e.g. TCP, Routing, DNS, Firewalling).
Automation/scripting with PowerShell or Bash.
Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience as a global administrator for
Microsoft 365 / Azure tenant.
Excellent knowledge of MS Active Directory / Azure Identity in a complex
environment.
