Customer Support Executive - aiSim
aiMotive began developing its innovative aiSim in the nascent days of
simulation in automated driving. Building this expertise has allowed us to
create the first ISO26262 certified tool available to the broader automotive
industry. TCL 3 enables aiSim to be an integral part of a development and
verification toolchain up to ASIL D, ensuring deterministic, realistic, and
repeatable testing.

Job Summary
As aiSim's Customer Support Engineer, you will
Provide product and technical support to key customers of aiSim, one of
the leading perception simulators for automated driving, developed by
aiMotive;
Support customers' deployment and ongoing operation of aiSim; join
technical reviews and in-person meetings;
Work closely with aiSim engineers at our Headquarters in Europe to
troubleshoot customers' product and integration issues, and to address
technical questions and requests;
Maintain a deep relationship with the customers' technical staff by making
periodic visits, exploring their specific needs, and resolving their
problems;
Conduct product and technical demonstrations & trainings for customers;
Prepare technical content for customer trainings;
Understand customer needs and communicate product and technical
requirements to aiMotive's Headquarters;
Identify and track key performance metrics to improve customer
satisfaction ratings;
Advise customers on simulation best practices
Maintain an up-to-date industry knowledge of self-driving technologies,
sensors, AI acceleration, and simulators;
Test aiSim Release Candidates regularly before official releases;
Test new functionalities, document, help improve and maintain the aiSim
User Guide.
Regular alignment with Sales and Product Management
Key Qualifications
University or equivalent degree (Bachelor)
3+ years of relevant experience
Be familiar with C++, Python and Ubuntu (code reading, debugging)
Fluency and proper skills in English to communicate with customers
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and grow relationships with customers, partners,
and internal teams
Ability and willingness to travel abroad, mainly Europe, Intercontinental
occasionally
Driver's license
Ability to handle customer pressure
Strong communicator to ensure the bridge between Headquarter and customers
Self starter and solution oriented discussions
Considered a plus
Knowledge of automated driving technologies
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Neural Networks
processing and Simulation technologies
