We are transforming and accelerating clinical trials, to help get life-saving treatments to patients faster and accelerate innovation in healthcare. To that end, we build a cutting-edge software suite that connects all clinical research stakeholders, from research teams to treating physicians, patients, and study sponsors on a real-time, real-world data SaaS platform, powered by AI.
FP &A
-Develop, track, and manage budget, forecasting, and cash flow across the organization to support company goals and reduce burn to extend runway towards profitability and becoming cashflow-positive.
--Produce timely and accurate financial reports, dashboards and analyses (weekly, monthly, quarterly – as needed) which reflect operational choices and their impact. These should include variance reports, tracking toward revenue and spend targets, and department-level budget reports. Present these to the Board each quarter.
Finance & accounting processes
Implement, manage and streamline company's daily finance operations , incl. finance, A/P, A/R, and payroll oversight, in conjunction with HR and external accountants
Ad hoc analysis
-Provide analytical, consulting, and execution support across teams and for our clients, such as client ROI models and analyses, value-based pricing models, etc.
-Help develop and maintain well-researched, data-driven, value-based pricing models across products and services based on solid ROI analyses. Work with Chief Revenue Officer and sales teams to ensure contracts support optimal pricing for earnings, revenue recognition, and cash collection.
-Lead or support special projects , as needed.
About You Proven success scaling a company in financial role at a well-run larger company; with additional start-up experience a plus.
Extremely detail oriented with proven processes for quality control in financial modeling and reporting.
Hands-on operator with the ability to design, build, and manage major finance functions, and eventually build a team, processes, and systems around these.
Deep understanding of financial and operational business drivers, with the ability to analyze and synthesize quickly and accurately.
Process and metrics-driven, with excellent communications and stakeholder management skills.
Superior project and engagement management skills.
Strong leader, influencer and change agent.
$180,000 - $200,000 a year
