We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CPO (Chief Product Officer) & General Manager in Israel- Temp Position (Maternity Leave).

This role will act as a confidant, advisor and overall support to the CPO & GM. They will organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the CPO & GM to facilitate efficient decision making. They will develop comprehensive knowledge of the overall department functions and partner closely with all department leaders. This Executive Assistant to the CPO & GM is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who wants to be the right hand of a product leader and support them in everything it takes to scale the Product and Engineering department in high growth.

Job Description:

Your responsibility will be to expand the effectiveness of the CPO & GM by driving initiates forward with and on behalf of the CPO & GM, including:

Ensure that the CPO & GM is working on the most important items for the company

Track high priority initiatives for the CPO & GM and identify any obstacles

Prepare agendas and ensure readiness for important meetings with the CPO & GM, the executive team, and the Tel Aviv team

Managing the CPO & GM's action items, follow ups, meeting notes, preparations for future meetings

Pulling together teams that require input from multiple areas within the company

Calendar management, Scheduling high priority meetings, coordinating executive calendars, planning & executing R&D kickoffs, retreats, all- hands meetings

Arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agenda

Arranging leadership offsite meetings

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of related experience working with a C-level on driving initiatives forward with top leadership (Examples of experience from consulting, banking, high growth tech startups, Executive Assistant, Project Manager)

Software savvy is a must. Microsoft Office, Mac OS, Keynote, G-Suite, Slack, and Zoom preferred

Experience working with remote teams

Passion for being part of a team dedicated to changing the world

Flexible availability may be required to accommodate different requests and timezones.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew.

We are located in San Francisco and Tel Aviv. This position is based in Tel Aviv.
