Title Executive Assistant

Reports To Executive Vice President, Data Center Operations

The Job

We are looking for an accomplished Executive Assistant who can support C-Level Executives, ensuring increased productivity and team efficiency through collaboration and administrative excellence. You will make sense of chaos and remain forward thinking to enable your Executive and drive efficiency. This role requires a curious mind and creative problem solving as no two days are the same. Candidates must be driven, passionate and adaptable with an uncompromising work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain schedules, arrange travel, and manage expenses.
  • Manage and run weekly team meetings inclusive of note documentation
  • Act as a liaison with business partners to ensure project continuity
  • Support of company travel initiatives and ownership of Egencia account management and reporting
  • Review and edit executive communications
  • Support office events and monthly leadership meetings
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

  • 4+ years' experience supporting C-level executives
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack)
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Autonomous team player who uses good judgment in all situations
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Work Environment

    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.

    Physical Demands

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands; and lift up to 10 pounds.

    Position Type/ Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full-time, Monday – Friday position. You may be expected to work some weekends and after hours as work requires.
