About the Role

Customer Success teams are absolutely key to Shift's success as they engage our customers to drive the adoption of our solutions and demonstrate their ongoing value. This critical function is responsible for onboarding new insurers by engaging executives (Claims Director, Head of Fraud, CIO, etc.), driving ongoing adoption, and managing renewals. You will work with the rest of the organisation to uncover new ways to make Shift fully integrated into each client and to help improve our products.

You will be in charge of managing a team of customer success managers (CSM) covering France, Spain and Benelux and DACH, responsible for the growth, satisfaction, and retention of our existing customers portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Value Engineering EMEA & ASIA, you will help design, drive and execute our customer success strategy internally and externally in your territory.

We are looking for a Customer Success champion who knows how to create and manage fruitful and longstanding relationships within Insurance organisations, and doesn't need rigid processes nor structure to perform.

What You'll Do...

  • Drive your team of Customer Success Managers to the achievement of their objectives (customer satisfaction, contract renewal, upsell & cross- sell)
  • Leverage your industry knowledge to engage with our key clients and to accelerate the adoption of our solutions
  • Be a Customer Success Champion within Shift, partnering with Sales, Presales, Data Science, Product and Marketing teams
  • Help build our Customer Success strategic plan in the region
  • What You Bring...

  • Solid familiarity with the Insurance industry: you understand its challenges and have built a significant domain expertise over the years
  • Strategic and action-oriented team leader
  • High interpersonal skills; you know how to create relationships at all levels of an organisation
  • Excellent communication skills, including oral, written, and non-verbal; you know how to make complex things feel simple;
  • Ability to stay organised and at ease in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Are a French native speaker, fluent in English
