Your Role
As our Junior Accountant , you will have the unique opportunity to work in
a fast-growing startup that operates across multiple locations. After a
comprehensive onboarding, your main responsibility will be to support the
accounting team on tasks such as processing supplier invoices, checking travel
expense receipts, and making sure respective accounts are reconciled. You will
have the opportunity to participate in many interesting projects together with
our existing finance and accounting team.

Your Responsibilities
Work on incoming invoices (adding cost centers, tax classes and checking
invoices formally)
Set up new suppliers and take over supplier communication (invoicing-
related)
Ensure the execution and verification of incoming and outgoing payments
Check and process travel expenses, expense claims, and credit card
invoices
Take part in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
Ensure a high level of quality, excellence, and ongoing optimization of
accounting-related administrative and operative processes
Your Profile
Completed training (e.g. IHK „Geprüfter Buchhalter") or equivalent on-
the-job experience
1-4 years of work experience in accounting in a fast-growing company,
ideally in an industrial environment
Knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and Tax
Experience working with an ERP System (preferably MS Business Central)
and with MS-Office or Google G Suite
Team-oriented, precise, analytical, structured, and detail-oriented
working style with high accountability for everything you do
Full working proficiency in German and good communication skills in
English
