Your Impact
Be in the drivers' seat to build the strategical learning roadmap
Identify the current competencies matrix and you design and implement
training programs for the future skills which need to be added in the
organization, to enable employees in their roles
Manage and implement policies across KONUX such as development programs,
benefits, in office regulations, volunteering programs
Enable performance across different verticals by improving leadership
programs and capabilities
Lead and manage the creation, management & approval of documentation
according to legal and regulatory processes by working closely with the
Legal team
Topic owner for internal organizational comms to ensure transparent
communication on a companywide level
Manage different tools and vendors such as Leapsome, Troodi etc

A good understand of German law combined with studies in human resources
