Your Impact

With your background in engineering, your interest in artificial intelligence, and your passion for articulating complex functionality to both technical audiences and non-technical audiences, you will create engaging documentation, sample code, articles, videos, tutorials, trainings, and blog posts across various levels of abstraction. Your work will support various audiences with targeted content to help them better understand, use, and implement our AI technology.

You will be crafting persuasive content that directly contributes to Clarifai's revenue growth through the creation of leads, the progression of leads through content and marketing interactions, and work with a company in the forefront of world changing technology!

Your Opportunity

As Clarifai's Product Marketing Manager - Become a subject matter expert on the Clarifai portfolio - benefits, differentiated positioning vs competition and have the ability to create messaging frameworks / value propositions, for technical (data science and developer) and non-technical (domain experts) audiences.

You will be a key member of the Product team joining our effort to drive user acquisition and adoption of Clarifai's computer vision product platform. Your role will be instrumental to the success of the company, and you will interface frequently with Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deepen insights into customer needs, burgeoning product capabilities and market conditions.

Work in partnership with the product development team to craft product / feature content to be used in a broad range of marketing assets and activities:

  • Lead webinars featuring our AI Platform and AI use cases,
  • Develop content for website product pages,
  • Produce e-books and "explainer" videos,
  • Develop content for outbound sales & marketing campaigns, etc.).
  • Travel to US-based industry events at least 1x per quarter.
  • Stay abreast of AI innovation and develop a Clarifai POV (point-of-view) on same for public promotion.
  • Act as primary SME (subject matter expert) and owner of technical submissions to Analyst firms - Gartner, Forrester, IDC and for product review site product summaries (like G2 and Gartner Peer Insights)
  • Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in product marketing management in AI / Data Science / Saas Software / Software Development domains, writing technical customer- facing materials.
  • Knowledge of AI / ML / Data Science technologies (the desire to learn and stay informed in technology breakthroughs is absolutely required) and possessing the ability to gain command of these domains and concepts with/without degree is necessary.
  • Excellent writing skills and you have the ability to produce content daily (ex: blogs, product web copy, whitepapers, articles, Product Descriptions, etc).
  • An affinity for creative concepts for product positioning (not just FAQs).
  • The ability to create product level messaging frameworks / value propositions, for technical (data science and developer) audiences, including competitive assessments
  • Comfort with being a public-facing spokesperson (lead webinars, create videos, speak at events).
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Track record of writing accurate, clear, and concise content
  • Excellent understanding of web technologies, APIs and SDKs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize initiatives based on business needs
  • A collaborative mindset with a get-stuff-done attitude
