W e are growing and are looking for a Production Engineering Team Lead to join our mission in developing life saving software!

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Production Engineers and support their professional growth
  • Collaborate with development teams to design and implement infrastructure as code using Terraform
  • Automating and optimizing infrastructure provisioning, scaling, and monitoring processes
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch
  • Continuously improve and evolve our infrastructure and tooling
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and troubleshoot production issues
  • Experience working with EKS and ECS
  • Experience with database technologies like RDS, RabbitMQ, Redis, Elasticache, DynamoDB

    • Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Production Engineering or similar role
  • Experience leading a team
  • Strong experience with AWS, including EC2, RDS, RabbitMQ, Redis, Elasticache, DynamoDB
  • Strong experience with Terraform
  • Strong experience with observability technologies like Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch
  • Experience working with EKS and ECS
  • Strong knowledge of networking and security best practices
  • Strong experience with at least one scripting language such as Python or Bash
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies

    • Location :

    We are located in San Francisco, Tel Aviv, Portugal and Amsterdam. This position is based in Tel Aviv.

    Our office in Tel-Aviv is located in Menachem Begin 150 , within walking distance of Arlozorov and Ha'Shalom train stations.
