Project Manager - aiSim
We are looking for a junior/medior Software Project Manager to manage the
execution of our aiSim projects.
As a Project Manager you will work with Edit Nagy and Gergő Heltai directly
and work closely with the members of aiSim. aiMotive began developing its
innovative aiSim in the nascent days of simulation in automated driving.
Building this expertise has allowed us to create the first ISO26262 certified
tool available to the broader automotive industry. TCL 3 enables aiSim to be
an integral part of a development and verification toolchain up to ASIL D,
ensuring deterministic, realistic, and repeatable testing.
You are an ideal candidate if you are comfortable with both customer-facing

Job Summary
Managing internal and client projects of aiSim
Software project management from initiation to closure:
Project Charter and Initiation
Definition and planning of the project (scope & budget, WBS, Gantt chart, communication plan, risk management)
Project execution (status reporting, tracking in Jira, defining KPI's, quality control)
Project Performance and Control (objectives, deliverables, effort, and cost tracking)
Project Closure (Lessons learned, reporting)
Managing requirements, expectations, and issues between the customer and
the company
Preparation of documentation in Confluence and communication of results,
presentation
In-depth understanding of development processes
Key Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a project management role
High level of independence and pro-activity
Knowledge of Project Management Tools
Fluent, confident English skills
Social competency, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
Excellent attention to detail
Reliable, quality-focused attitude
Down-to-earth approach
Considered as a plus
Experience with international customer projects
Software development-related technical background
Software development experience
Project management certification (PMP)
