Palantir's Real Estate Transaction Analyst will support and scale our business by shaping our real estate portfolio. You'll be a master of drafting and negotiating commercial leases, construction agreements, and purchase agreements and you'll be indispensable to our strategic expansion across the globe from Denver to London to Tokyo. You love real estate, but also enjoy and are curious about other areas of business and law, and will be excited to pitch in elsewhere when the opportunity arises. You'll focus on the details, but also have the broad vision to bring large and multi-stepped projects to completion. What We Value
Collaborate with internal and external partners to source, evaluate, negotiate, and execute real estate transactions. Participate in due diligence processes for potential acquisitions, including site visits, document review, and financial analysis. Monitor and report on the performance of our real estate portfolio, including occupancy rates, lease terms, rental rates, and capital expenditures. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on real estate market conditions, investment strategies, and portfolio performance. Actively oversee external stakeholders, including brokers, outside counsel, and other third party firms.
What We Require
Effective communication skills, including ability to convey Palantir's exceptional technical attributes and value to non-technical audiences. Efficiently maintain a deal process while meeting tight deadlines. Excellent organizational skills; capable of maintaining both broad and intricate knowledge of special projects and enabling outcomes with minimal supervision.
3-5+ years at a corporate law firm or investment bank working in real estate transactions, with significant experience driving due diligence, negotiation, execution and integration.
