As Regional Sales Director, you will hire, develop, and manage an industry-
leading GTM team of Enterprise Sales Executives responsible for developing,
managing, and closing business across the Central region.
You must be able to balance day-to-day tactical challenges while building
long-term strategic plans to achieve healthy organizational growth. You will
understand the opportunity ahead and the impact you can have on the culture,
success, and expansion of DataRobot for years to come.
What does it take?
Analyze, develop, and implement sales strategies across key accounts to
attain company strategic objectives.
Enable, develop and empower your team to proactively prospect, identify,
qualify and build a sales pipeline to meet or exceed customer acquisition
and retention goals.
Own strategic plans, the quarterly revenue forecast, territory design, and
resource planning for sales of products in all stages of the lifecycle.
Develop team talent and pipeline by attracting, identifying, developing,
rewarding, managing, and coaching.
Coach Enterprise Account Executives in world-class sales practices,
including qualification methodologies, consultative techniques,
negotiation, and ABM strategy & tactics.
Identify process and product improvement solutions to increase revenue,
profitability, and customer experience.
Is this You?
BA/BS degree preferred.
At least three years of formal sales experience building and leading high-
performance Enterprise Sales teams in a software/SaaS environment.
Track record in closing large, complex deals across verticals in the
Fortune 500.
Training in MEDDICC sales qualification or similar sales methodology.
Strong analytical, creative, and critical thinking skills to deliver
solutions for internal operations and external customers.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Genuine flexibility and temperament to succeed in a high-energy, fast-
growing startup.
