What will you be doing at DeepL?
As part of the Sales Enablement team, your main responsibility will be to
focus on enabling upsell and expansion, and to support the growth of our newly
established Customer Success team through the impactful contributions of your
Sales Enablement efforts.
In this role you will not just work closely with our Customer Success Managers
but also collaborate with Marketing colleagues on content creation and
updates. Additionally, you will provide support to the Sales Enablement team
by conducting role-specific training sessions on various topics for our
Account Executive team.
You will be tasked with taking complete ownership of the bottom of the sales
funnel and be fully responsible for the enablement of the upsell, expansion,
and CSM motions ensuring that Customer Success Managers possess a
comprehensive understanding of the company's products and their role in the
customer success journey. Additionally, you will be responsible for defining
and refining CSM processes and methodologies to guarantee consistent, top-
notch support for customers.

Your responsibilities
As a part of the multifunctional B2B Demand Gen team, working closely with
Design, Copywriting, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement experts,
exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential to ensure
the sales team is kept up-to-date with the latest product, service, and
company messaging information through your efforts
The responsibility you bring in this role includes building and delivering
training programs and materials that empower customer-facing teams to
increase sales, deepen relationships with existing customers, and drive
operational excellence. You will be tasked with equipping the team with
the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve these objectives.
Provide training and support to help sales reps identify opportunities for
upselling and expanding existing customer relationships, leading to
increased revenue and improved customer loyalty
Identify and create the key resources for the CSM team, designing
comprehensive training plans, and delivering training sessions to equip
the Customer Success team with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel
in their role
Create sales materials, and offer ongoing support to drive business growth
and success

About you
You are a passionate trainer with good technical understanding
You are familiar with sales enablement technology & tools, such as content
management systems, customer relationship management (ideally
Salesforce) systems, learning management systems and sales enablement
platforms
You bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to
work with Marketing, Design, Content and Knowledge Management to ensure
that sales teams have the latest information about products, services, and
company messaging
You understand the entire sales process, including lead generation,
opportunity closing, and customer onboarding. This is essential for role
as it requires in-depth knowledge and comprehension the impact of the
Sales Enablement function
You can collaborate with sales leaders to develop and implement processes
and best practices that support sales enablement efforts focussing on the
Customer Success team
You have a continuous learning mindset and commitment to staying up-to-
date with industry trends and best practices. You are a team player with a
