We are transforming and accelerating clinical trials, to help get life-saving treatments to patients faster and accelerate innovation in healthcare. To that end, we build a cutting-edge software suite that connects all clinical research stakeholders, from research teams to treating physicians, patients, and study sponsors on a real-time, real-world data SaaS platform, powered by AI.

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager join our Hospital Sales Team. Working alongside the VP of Hospital Sales, you will identify high impact areas in our evolving sales process where you will spearhead and drive operational improvements.

What You'll Do:
 Oversee the sales funnel – ensure contracts are moving through the company's sales funnel smoothly. Track conversion rates through each stage of the funnel, analyze pertinent data to make recommendations to improve the funnel's performance.
 Support pipeline management and forecasting to sales teams by providing insightful reports and analytics, identifying gaps and providing recommendations.
 Streamline and optimize sales process - pinpoint areas of opportunity and propose and implement solutions to keep sales process in top shape.
 Manage CRM data in Salesforce and Outreach – manage contact lists, ensure that data is up to date and audit for consistency, set up automations and manage custom fields and data.
 Perform sales forecasting – manage forecasting and data analysis to continue to grow the business.
 Work with sales leadership to develop organizational goals - perform data analysis that informs compensation decisions and future sales targets.
 Ensure that collateral and slide decks are up to date and make recommendations for improvement.
 Help support, manage, and maintain sales messaging collateral
 Provide frequent operational support to the VP of Hospital Sales including general administration assistance.
 Manage and support cross functional initiatives serving as a liaison between sales, and other key partner teams: marketing, product, and analytics.
 Collaborate and work our external Salesforce external consultants
 You can expect 10% travel
About You:
 Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred.
 ·3-5 years directly related work experience.
 Data driven and proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office with emphasis in Excel and Powerpoint.
 Build reports that inform sales reps, managers and leadership on historical results, current performance and expected results in the future.
 Have attention to detail
 Creativity and problem solver
 Experience with Tableau and is a plus
