Palantir's Alliances is a central pillar of our growth engine. The Alliances team builds and leads Palantir's key partnerships with Global SI's, Hyperscalers and ISV's. We are looking for a senior leader who excels in a fast paced environment and will play an integral role in establishing a team responsible for our relationships.
Our ideal candidate will have significant experience operating at the senior executive levels and have an in-depth familiarity with business models for defense contractors. Strong awareness is a must, with the ability to translate how Palantir's software platform can enable these companies' go-to-market service offerings. Specific companies are: Lockheed, L3, Booz & a select group of small government services companies.Core Responsibilities
What We Value
Develop a global strategic joint business plan that drives all aspects of the partner's relationship Own executive interlocks, pipeline improvement, business development, enablement, partner marketing and solution development Present and promote Palantir's value proposition and capabilities that enable the partner to build a profitable Palantir business group Generate GTM Plans and Co-Sell pipeline working in collaboration with our partners and support that with sales enablement Run all relationship interlocks: executive, product development, marketing, and delivery Develop and implement training plans and capacity plans to assure partner is well positioned to deliver successful customer implementations Collaborate with Marketing teams to build and implement joint demand generation plans
What We Require
Familiarity with the ecosystem of L3, Lockheed, NGC, Parsons or a select number of smaller government SIs Prior success building a joint GTM strategy and Co-Sell model with Defense technology partners Experience using products in Data Analytics, ERPs and Business Process Flows. Applicability across different industries will be a huge plus Experience articulating business problems and presenting point of view
Experience in strategy, enterprise sales and/or business development, with at least 5 of those years working with one of the big defense technology firms Active US Security clearance or eligibility to acquire one, depending on target account

The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $180,000 - $200,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual's relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
