A third of the Fortune 50 currently trusts our Augmented Intelligence platform. We are growing and scaling rapidly with a massive market opportunity in sight. As a DataRobot employee, you will be part of a company whose mission is clear - to change outcomes for organizations worldwide.

We are at the forefront of the AI revolution, from banking to insurance to healthcare. And we need other revolutionaries to join us.

We are looking for someone to join our Revenue Operations team to work across our Demand Generation organization, specifically with our unique Marketing team. This is a cross-functional role with a strong influence in setting and implementing the strategy and direction for our Marketing organization.

You are a process and analytical-oriented individual well-versed in implementing operational excellence. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the challenge of designing processes for inherently complex problems. You'll understand the opportunity ahead and the impact you can have on the culture, success, and growth of DataRobot for years to come.

What does it take?

Responsible for supporting the end-to-end process, system flows, and data from initial interaction to lead to opportunity conversion including:

  • Partner with the Marketing organization as a conduit to leading efficiency within the lead-to-opportunity process to drive alignment and efficiency across the greater DataRobot go-to-market efforts
  • Define and own the lead scoring and routing framework and process playbook including developing technical system requirements, partnering with Enterprise Apps to test and implement changes in the system, and ensure accurate data and reporting outputs
  • Ownership of end-to-end lead-to-opportunity processes in Salesforce and other tools in the Marketing tech stack including identifying process gaps and areas of opportunity for streamlining and automation for Demand Generation processes
  • Partner with DemGen and Operations leaders to refine lead attribution model and processes
  • Refine and document data input and processes for tracking all demand funnel performance channels (email, social, ads, online, etc) and work with leaders to optimize for engagement, lead quality, conversion rates, program performance and the effectiveness of marketing spend
  • Monitor and maintain data quality in coordination with other relevant data source stakeholders
  • Familiarity with B2B demand gen programs within a SaaS environment, lead lifecycles and direct marketing principles and strategy
  • What you get in return:
  • We move fast and reward hard work. We expect results, and we love doing the work we're passionate about.
