Requirements
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for an excellent communicator, with a problem-solver and a can-
do mindset, that is able to manage ambiguity naturally. One that feels
comfortable with discussing, zooming in and out, trading off, and making
technical decisions while engaging Product Managers, Data Scientists, ML
Engineers, Software Architects, Software Engineers, and DevOps Engineers from
different organizations.
Our Solution Architect should champion a structured approach to the design and
implementation of the Conversational AI solution, not only fostering the
adoption of best practices but also challenging the status quo and encouraging
innovation.
Qualifications and skills:
Excellent oral and written communication;
Demonstrated ability to communicate the complexities of all technical
aspects of a solution;
Ability to zoom in and out on the solution while pondering different use
cases and the infrastructure aspects that fulfill each of them;
Flexible in a fast-paced dynamic environment with shifting roles and
responsibilities;
Expertise in Agile software development principles, practices, and
processes;
An advocate for software quality.
Education and experience:
BSc or MSc in Computer Science or similar background;
Architecture-related certification from cloud providers such as Microsoft
Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform. TOGAF certification is considered a
plus;
Minimum of 12 years of experience related to leading technical definitions
and execution;
Proficiency with Service Oriented Architecture and Enterprise Application
Integration patterns;
Hands-on experience with microservices and event-driven architectures and
principles;
Accustomed to designing RESTful APIs and familiarity with API Management
platforms;
Broad understanding of AI-powered products as well as Data and Machine
Learning Engineering systems and their development lifecycles;
Knowledgeable about CI/CD processes and tools;
Experience with Conversational AI and/or Speech Recognition solutions will
be considered a bonus.
