WHAT YOU'LL DO
Reporting to our Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), you
will lead implementation and build-out of FP&A deliverables within Oracle
ERP system, including a robust planning and forecasting system within
Oracle PBCS system
Enhance, build-out & maintain the Company's rolling 12 month and 2 year
forecasting model, including balance sheet, cash flow and P&L
Assist in building & managing on-going and new reporting functions for
finance department
Support the Corporate center, and other similar shared service centers
financial forecasting, analytical and planning needs
Assist Corporate Development in preparing & analyzing detail financial
modeling for target acquisitions
In conjunction with the CFO and Head of FP&A, analyze financial and
operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards
on a bi-weekly, monthly, and annual cadence
Partner with our GTS (Global Technology Services) to build-out and
analyze near real-time forecasting and reporting extraction of our
customer KPIs
Own & maintain monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial
results, and variance reporting
Assist in the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes
Build quantitative, decision making financial models
Ensure accurate and timely deliverables are met
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Strong professional level financial modeling
2-4 years of experience in investment banking or related industry
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook &
experience with ERP systems (Oracle a plus)
Strong knowledge of SQL and/or data analytics
Experience building comprehensive models from scratch
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CFA
designation a plus)
Excellent analytical, presentation and organizational skills
