What will you be doing at DeepL?
We are working to break down communication barriers and need talented people
to help us do that. As we are scaling our teams, we are adding a new sourcing-
focussed role to our Talent Acquisition team to help us succeed- that's where
you come in! We are looking for a Technology Sourcer with strong candidate-
side recruiting experience to search for potential candidates across the
globe. You will work across a variety of roles, building strong relationships
with and supporting our Tech and Product recruiters, while speaking to top
tech talent to invite them to work on revolutionary AI technology.

Your responsibilities
As a Talent Sourcer you will use a variety of tools and methods to
identify and engage the best talent around the world
Be a go to person for our recruitment team when it comes to LinkedIn
searches, boolean searches, X-ray searches etc.
Conduct research to thoroughly understand target markets and companies
Seek out new sources to map and build diverse talent pipelines for key
technologies and areas of expertise
You will be working with our Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring
Managers to understand role requirements, source and pre-screen candidates
that are a great fit

About you
Proven experience sourcing for Software Engineering teams. You know your
Kafka from your Kubernetes, and that Javascript is not a Java framework!
You're passionate about finding the right people to build out successful
teams
You have good organisation and prioritisation skills, as you'll be working
on multiple roles with a variety of stakeholders
You are interested in talent trends and seek to keep your sourcing and
networking skills up to date
Excellent English communication - both written and spoken. Any additional
languages are a bonus!
It's a plus if you also already have experience in recruiting for Product
teams
